Furgonetka.pl website launches

At the very beginning, we provide the services of only one courier company, which is DPD. Soon after, UPS joins our offer and we are working on further integrations.

We have more than 20,000 customers

By expanding our offer and integrating with other courier companies, we have recorded the first dynamic growth. During the year, the number of our users increases by as much as 122%.

We create an open network of parcel machines that connects manufacturers, investors, courier operators and private individuals. We want the machines to be as close to users as possible and provide a lot more features, not just receiving and sending shipments.

Implemented in the platform panel, our order form, adapted to the appearance of the service, allows you to automatically generate even large quantities of transport documents and order the collection of parcels sent to customers.

Refund tool

A system that allows you to manage returns in a company in an easy way. This tool greatly simplifies the return process by providing customers with the ability to easily return the goods. On the dedicated website, through a simple order form, every customer of Netia can order the shipment of equipment and accessories leased from the company directly to the operator's warehouse. After ordering the package, the customer of Netia prints the automatically generated transport documents and hands them with the parcel to the GLS courier.

Shipping Management App

The application allows online stores to efficiently handle and manage the shipment of a large number of parcels. Through it, you can send parcels on your contracts with carriers or use our brokerage offer. The functions available there allow, among others, to create and print waybills from the level of orders in the store, connect to the customer account in the courier company's service, define shipment profiles, determine the place of collection and manage shipments.

Automatic Label Generator Tool

The solution allows Raben employees to prepare their customers' shipments for shipping faster. A dedicated system makes it possible to connect individual contracts of their customers with different carriers and automatically generate and print labels for them. As a result, Raben employees gain a single tool to handle all courier companies, which significantly speeds up the processes associated with the shipment of large volumes of parcels.

Parcel ordering platform

The system allows the courier operator DPD to conveniently manage all shipments, and the carrier's customers — to quickly order DPD services via the Internet. How does it work? Through a dedicated website, the user issues a parcel by filling out a simple online form, where he specifies all the parameters and selects additional services. After logging into the account, he has access to the history of his orders, where he can, among others, track shipments, verify their statuses or check the available price list.
