How is the recruitment process?

In the first step, you send us your application. If your competencies correspond to the profile of the candidate, we will invite you to a recruitment meeting. We will conduct the interview online, and then you will receive feedback and possibly “homework” to do. After its verification, we will decide whether to meet at a further stage.In the next step, we will talk at our company headquarters to get to know each other better. This stage will not apply to you in a situation where you are applying for a position 100% remote. If after the meetings and the task you have completed, both parties feel that they want to cooperate - we will agree on the details.

How can I send a resume

You can send your application for a specific position by clicking on one of the job offers above and completing a simple form. You can also send your CV to us through recruitment sites, where you will find current announcements.If you do not see an interesting position for yourself within the open recruitment, you can always report your desire to join our team via the online form. In this case, please indicate in which department you see yourself in the future.

Where will I work in case of employment?

It depends on what position you are applying for. We have 8 different departments and we work in 2 locations - in Warsaw and Elbląg. With each job offer you will find information about which office the specific recruitment process is concerned.In some cases, we also offer remote or hybrid work.

What does flexible working hours mean?

At Van we work as a team, so we need a fixed time slot when we can “catch up” with each other. Each team is available from 9:00 to 15:00. In practice, this means that by working with us, you can start your working day between 7 am and 9 am.

How long is the trial period?

Regardless of the position and department in which you work, the trial period lasts 3 months with us. If after this time both you and your supervisor express a desire to continue cooperation, you will receive a proposal to extend the contract.

How many days of paid leave will I be entitled to?

In the case of employment under an employment contract, the amount of leave is 20 or 26 days depending on the length of service. With a B2B contract, we provide 27 days of paid vacation per year.

Is there a dress code in the office?

No. You wear what you feel comfortable and comfortable in.
