As a Point Van

You will earn money by offering:

Sending and receiving services (including warehousing) of domestic, international, express and pallet parcels

Handling shipments with ready-made labels, eg Allegro, Orlen Parcel or DHL Express.

A range of additional services, e.g. parcel insurance, collection on delivery or return documents

Sale of packaging materials for packages, e.g. packing tapes, cartons and foil packs

Optional: Professional package packing service on site (extra charge)

What do you need,

to join our network?

The main thing here is the desire to act. If you add to it the willingness to invest in a starter package and premises with an area of at least 35m2 on the ground floor (with a site on the street side and access to the parking lot), then you are already on board Van Punkt!

In Van Punkt you can count on the lowest threshold for entering the courier business. You pay for the starter package and that's it. We do not charge a subscription or fixed fees. You act, and we provide you with the necessary support!

Training and know-how

You can count on our help from the very beginning. To make it easier for you to get started in the industry, we will organize a 2-day training for you, and our specialist will spend the day with you in your premises, introducing you to the whole process of handling shipments.

We will take care of your business. Cooperation within the Dedicated Point means territorial exclusivity for us.

Promotional materials

As part of the package, you will receive a set of marketing materials: a Dedicated Point certificate, stickers to mark the point, a custom website design and a film to wrap the premises, the Point Van logo for internal use, a price list to hang in the premises and numerous company gadgets, such as pens, business cards, leaflets or a tripper.

Tools for work

We will make sure that you do not lack the necessary equipment for handling courier shipments - measuring cups, packing tapes, a set of packaging materials, a scale with legalization and a barcode scanner.

At the Van Punkt network, we are not subject to rigid rules. We can adjust the investment threshold for the starter package according to your starting position. Do you have a convenient option for printing marketing materials? Or do you want to buy the necessary tools for work at your courier point on your own? We will take this into account and set an individual entry fee for your business!

Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?

The only cost you incur is related to the purchase of the starter pack. Afterwards, we do not charge any monthly fees or subscriptions.

Do I have to meet the monthly target for the number of parcels handled?

No, we do not have any requirements for the minimum number of shipments handled. However, keep in mind that the more shipments you handle, the more you will earn.

Will I receive a freight scale as part of the cooperation?

It depends on the type of package you choose. Collaborating as

How much can I realistically earn from driving a Van Point?

The average commission is about PLN 8 for a package without a label and about 1-2 PLN for a package with a finished label. However, you can also earn money from other services, such as packing packages or selling packaging materials. The final earnings depend on the number of packages handled and the services offered.

Do I need to advertise your business online to attract customers?

Our Affiliate Points should use free forms of advertising to attract new customers and increase visibility. The benefits of this include increasing brand awareness, increasing the number of visits to the point and the number of packages handled. Thanks to advertising on the Internet, potential customers will have easier access to information about your point.

How is the settlement carried out?

Settlement is based on the number of parcels handled. You will receive a commission for each shipment you handle at your point.

What if I am not a VAT payer?

If you are exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 113 (1) of the VAT Act: “Sales made by taxable persons whose sales value did not exceed PLN 200,000 in total in the previous tax year shall be exempt from tax” - you can select this option when registering an account. Then the account will be immediately adjusted to convert transactions (commissions) and issue invoices on your behalf with VAT ZW (0%).

How much space do I need to store packages?

For a start, about 3 square meters is enough.

How often does the courier run?

The courier of a given company usually arrives one to two times a day. However, it must be remembered that each company has its own courier who can arrive at different times.

Why does my Point have to be open until 6pm?

Customers usually receive packages after work, that is, between 16-18 hours. We want to provide them with convenient access to their parcels.

Will my point serve only a forwarding function or will I accept shipments?

The Punkt van handles both sending and receiving parcels. This means that customers can conveniently receive their packages at a convenient time for them, as well as send parcels without the need to drive to a remote courier facility.

Are there any penalties for leaving the network of points?

There is no penalty for leaving the network, however, before deciding to leave the network, the contract must be terminated, with a notice period.

What happens to my point if I am sick or have to leave for an extended period of time?

If there is a situation in which you need to close the point for the time of illness or departure, you can mark your absence in our system yourself. Then the parcels will not be sent to your point and your customers will be informed about it. It is a very simple and convenient solution that allows you to do business in a flexible way.

Is it possible to buy ads, banners or stickers to the point?

Yes, we offer our Partners the opportunity to purchase advertisements, banners and stickers with our company logo. Thanks to this, you can easily promote your establishment and attract new customers.
